Digital products made available to download from or otherwise used through HitGuru.net, are the copyrighted work of HitGuru, Inc. Your use of the digital products is governed by these terms of service and the terms of the end user license agreement. You may not install or use any digital products that are accompanied by or include a license agreement unless you first agree to the terms and conditions of the license agreement. You shall keep intact all files and may not alter any copyright and other proprietary notices contained in digital products unless you have secured a license to do so. Any reproduction or redistribution of content or digital products is expressly prohibited, and may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.

You agree that the return policy for each digital product is specified to within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are required to provide written confirmation of the destruction or erasure of any digital products with the reasons stated and with a copy of your photo ID for verification purposes.
